What will you be bringing to the market this year? This year we’ll be bringing fruits and vegetables from our farm, and selling King of Pops' popsicles from our kitchen in Inman Park.
How did your company get started? King of Crops began two years ago as a project to produce local ingredients for King of Pops popsicles and has expanded into a market farm as well.
What do you wish people knew about your product? We’re on the path to organic certification, and take pride in our high quality product that makes vegetables as appealing as popsicles.
What question do you never get sick of customers asking? Do you have any spicy salad mix?
Your favorite story about your company or the market? Our farm manager grew up in Brookhaven so it’s an exciting opportunity to participate in his childhood neighborhood. He’s excited to share his passion for nutritious food with the neighbors that nurtured him.
Do you have any recommended recipes or surprisingly awesome ways to use your products? Our vegetables taste great on their own, but they also pair really well with a Blackberry Ginger Lemonade.
What do you love about the Brookhaven Farmers Market? The Brookhaven Farmers Market brings the city to life and creates a vibrant atmosphere of food, activity, engagement and fun.
