What will you be bringing to market this year?
This is my neighborhood. I've been waiting for an opportunity to be part of BFM. Last March I was fortunate to meet Amy, who has helped me join the market.
How did your company get started?
We started 20 years ago, opening Zocalo Restaurant in Midtown. Six years ago I decided to join the farmers market movement by selling some of the restaurant products, which are fresh, all natural, and no preservatives.
What do you wish people knew about your product?
Our salsas go well beyond chips. They can be used as "Flavor Enhancers" of any meal.
What question do you never get sick of customers asking?
When they ask about any preservative content and I proudly reply "No."
Your favorite story about your company or the market?
When people realized salsas can be used on any meal, including fish, meats, salads, pizzas, etc. That was my mission when I started and I truly believe I have accomplished that.

Fish, Salad, Steak, Chicken, Pizza, Hot Dogs, and Pastas
What do you love about the Brookhaven Farmers Market?
Its my neighborhood, I love it, and I'm happy to have a market like BFM and be part of it.
