Demo featuring Chef Joe Marshall of Cook's Warehouse. Chef Joe will be making a root vegetable hash over bacon and Sriracha grits using produce and meat from Jody's Farm, Double B Farms, Yang's Cut Flowers and Veggies and Heritage Farm. Begins at 10 am.
